How much is shipping?

US shipping is free on every order, no minimum. International shipping is a flat $25. We ship from the USA.

How do I clean my cat cave?

Hand wash in lukewarm water with a drop of mild wool soap, press out excess water without wringing, reshape while damp, and air dry naturally away from direct heat. Never machine wash or tumble dry.

What are the cat caves made from?

100% natural merino wool, colored with vegetable-based dyes. No harsh chemicals are used at any stage.

How is the wool sourced?

Our wool is cleaned and dyed in Nepal, where skilled artisans wet-felt every piece by hand.

Why does the color or shape look slightly different from the photos?

Each piece is handmade and naturally dyed, so slight variations in color, size, and shape are normal and part of the charm. Screen brightness can also affect how colors appear.

The opening looks small for my cat. What can I do?

You can carefully enlarge the opening with sharp scissors. Please note that altered items cannot be returned.

I ordered several items but only received one. Where is the rest?

Some orders ship in separate packages, so the rest is likely on its way. If anything seems missing after a few days, contact us and we will track it down.

Can I add a gift note?

Yes, just add your message in the order notes at checkout and we will include it.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

No signature is required. If the package does not fit your mailbox and you are not home, the courier may hold it at your local post office for pickup.

Will I be charged customs or import taxes?

US orders include no extra charges. International customers may be responsible for VAT, duties, or customs fees charged by their own country, which we cannot estimate in advance.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. To start a return, email Info@woolygon.com. Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
