Every Woolygon order ships from our Bellingham, WA warehouse and arrives in just 1 to 2 business days. No overseas wait times, no customs delays, just your cat's new favorite hideout at your door, fast.

Shipping Policy

Processing time: Orders placed before 1 PM PST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 1 PM PST or on weekends ship the next business day.

Delivery time: 1 to 2 business days for most US addresses once shipped, since all orders are fulfilled locally from our Bellingham, WA warehouse.

Shipping carrier: We ship via USPS and UPS Ground, whichever gets your order to you fastest.

Shipping cost: Free standard shipping on all US orders.

Order tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery area: Currently available for the contiguous United States. For shipping outside the US, please contact us before ordering.

Delays: While we ship fast, occasional weather or carrier delays can affect delivery times. We'll notify you if we expect any disruption to your order.
